Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exploring and contacting potential target government agencies and different department to establish rapport/relationship/liaison and arranging meetings.
∎ Planning and identifying potential business prospect to the different department and agencies e.g. BIWTA, PWD, Roads and Highways, Water Development Board, Bangladesh Railway, LGED, Department of Public Health Engineering, BSCIC, CIVIL Aviation Authority, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority, etc. and in all of the support that they obtain from their stakeholders.
∎ Researching to identify new markets and those clients need.
∎ Conducting feasibility study and developing project proposal.
∎ Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials.
∎ Evaluating options and resolves internal priorities.
∎ Recommending equity investments.
∎ Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
∎ Participating in tender
∎ Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Any other job assigned by the top management

∎ Age 38 to 45 years

∎ Must have tender application and bidding experience.
