Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after overall Administrative, Security & HR functions.
∎ Experience of good recruitments, understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, candidates.
∎ Guiding the disciplinary matters, grievance and counseling, improve employee motivational engagement.
∎ Perform day to day official necessary tasks.
∎ Ensure all policies are followed as per company rules.
∎ Well conversant with labor law, local law & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Abide by company top management decisions.
∎ Need to ensure accountability and highest transparency at work.
∎ Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
∎ Communicate with the outside agencies for their help, if necessary, for smooth funcitioning of own factories.
∎ Capable of looking after a group of small factories.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in factory Admin, Security, HR etc. is needed.
∎ Workplace: Work at both office and on ground.
Salary: Tk. 105000 - 110000 (Monthly)
