∎ B.Sc in civil Engineering from any public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 17 to 21 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overall maintenance of construction and keep the management updated time to time.
∎ Deal with Sales and Marketing Department to enhance the brand strength and to follow up the promotional activities.
∎ Conduct meeting with land owner and check the feasibility of projects in respect of probable cost and revenue.
∎ Check the deeds and power of attorney between land owner and the Organization.
∎ Deals with Supply Chain Management and Accounts Department for the ensuring smooth supply of vendor- payments.
∎ Follow up with new projects with all architectural design, electrical, plumbing and fire working drawing of the proposed building.
∎ Ensure that necessary land documents and logistic support from the respective authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Computer literacy is essential
