Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Civil Engr. / Architect with minimum 05 years experience or Diploma in Civil Engr. / Architect with 8-10 years experience in real estate sector.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability to prepare technical & financial proposal of Architectural & Engineering project.
∎ Capable to handle project management, prepare necessary documents of meeting minutes & approval of management independently.
∎ Capable to resolve all technical faults as per document independently.
∎ Able to check and control all (Architectural, Engineering, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings.
∎ Preparation of BOQ, Budget, BAR chart and checking sub-contractors bills and project management.
∎ Ability to control related files and update report to the management.
∎ Must have good computer skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years experience in real estate sector
∎ Age at least 35 year & above.
∎ Must be willing to perform work under pressure to achieve the target of the company.
Salary: Negotiable
