∎ Preference: Retired personnel from Armed Forces with medical background; retired personnel from Govt. Admin cadre with/without medical background active personnel from corporate sector with/without medical background.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H, USTC on the following terms and conditions:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and policies aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of hospital operations and services.
∎ Provide leadership and oversight for various administrative functions within the hospital, including human resources management, budgeting, finance, procurement, and facility management.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements governing hospital operations, patient care, safety, and quality assurance.
∎ Supervise and mentor department heads, managers, and other staff members to promote professional growth, teamwork, and accountability, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
∎ Facilitate collaboration and communication between different departments, units, and stakeholders within the hospital to optimize care delivery, resource utilization, and patient experience.
∎ Lead and support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs to enhance clinical outcomes, reduce medical errors, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
∎ Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans, protocols, and response procedures to ensure the hospital's readiness to manage disasters, pandemics, and other emergencies effectively.
∎ Represent the hospital in community outreach activities, public relations efforts, and partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers to promote health education and awareness.
∎ Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies, information systems, and medical equipment to enhance clinical care delivery, operational efficiency, and patient experience.

∎ Collaborate with hospital leadership, governing boards, medical staff, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and shared decision-making in hospital governance and management.
∎ Provide leadership and direction during crises, conflicts, or challenging situations within the hospital, ensuring effective communication, problem-solving, and resolution while minimizing disruptions to patient care and operations.
∎ The Medical Deputy Director is responsible for supervising the functioning and effectiveness of medical services, hospital departments, clinical training services, and blood banks.
∎ Any other task assign by the authority.
