Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to ensure efficient and effective operation management.
∎ Mentor and develop the team of direct reports, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
∎ Develops organization prospects by studying aesthetic dermatology trends and revenue opportunities; prospects expansion; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement of the activities.
∎ Monitoring the whole system and process.
∎ Ensure 100% patient satisfaction with the quality services.
∎ Ensure the excellent team work.
∎ Ensure that legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the govt laws.
∎ Liaison and networking with external stakeholder's. e. Bank/Financial Institutes /different Regulatory Bodies.
∎ Perform regular and spot-check of all service care units and to maintain high quality standards through routine visits to every session room.
∎ Assist the other members of the Department by providing them their required data from computer system.
∎ Make different office documents as per office demand.
∎ Make sure that the patient support facilities are available in good order.
∎ Address all major issues which may need to be resolved ASAP.
∎ Address any patient's request, requirement, complaints etc. Monitor and ensure that all the complaints are resolved in appropriate manner.
∎ Monitor the activities of the Customer Care/ front desk Officer and to provide necessary instruction, counseling etc.
∎ Maintain official formalities.
∎ Suggest areas of improvement and implement those to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Counsel the patients regarding patient's rights and responsibilities as well as our policy and procedures whenever required.
∎ Provide personalized services.
∎ Learn ERP/ CRM software and educate our other staffs.
∎ Make plan for daily works.
∎ Attend foreign training session according to our guidelines.
∎ Performing any other job assigned by the Este Medical Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in English (Written/ Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
∎ Vast working experience in any organization (preferences can be given to the candidate working in the similar association).
∎ Management skills.
∎ Conducting meeting of board of directors.
∎ Conducting meeting with international partners.
