∎ Experience in Site civil work. BOQ, Quality control, Project safety.
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction.
∎ Establish safety practices on site as per company standard.
∎ Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed.
∎ Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Have good project administration skills, expert in identifying local issues, sub-contractors, consultant issues etc.
∎ Knowledge design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
∎ Advanced MS office, MS project, Power Point, MS Excel.
