Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the Chief Business Officer in formulating and implementing business strategies to expand the home appliance product line's market presence and revenue.
∎ Responsible for managing and monitoring the following activities of home appliance products: Export, BOM & Costing, Research & Innovation (R&I), Sourcing & Planning and Manpower Planning etc.
∎ Monitoring & Coordinating of Factory related all activities of home appliance products like: Production Management, Quality Management, Customer Service Management, Logistics & Distribution and Inventory.
∎ Collaborate with Research & Innovation (R&I) and product development teams to identify market trends and customer needs, ensuring innovative product offerings.
∎ Work closely with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure that brand strategies are effectively translated into product features and marketing plans.
∎ Analyze market data, customer insights and financial reports to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Delegating responsibilities to ensure team members grow as capable participants.
∎ Ensure the company operates in compliance with regulations, standards, and laws.
