Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university (Graduation from BBA, Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the clients.
∎ New client visits and post hunt.
∎ Checking monthly attendance of the field forces (Security, Housekeeping).
∎ Posting adjustment of the field forces (Security, Housekeeping).
∎ Performing regular post visit & night visit.
∎ Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of field forces (Security, Housekeeping).
∎ Conducting investigation and survey for any incident or accident.
∎ Performance evaluation and promotion recommendation of field forces (Security, Housekeeping)
∎ Looking after welfare of field forces. (Leave/Accommodation/Messing etc.)
∎ Monitoring and supervision of operational activities of assigned Zone.
∎ Monitor administrative activities of the zonal office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Preferably 01-03 year's experience from relevant field and fresher's are also encourage to apply.
∎ Hard working & energetic
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
