Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/ Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent working experience on HVAC Design with Stair pressurization calculation, Copper pipe, Chilled water pipe, AHU selection, Duct design for VRF System, Chiller System etc.
∎ Ability to calculate heating & Cooling load calculation using HAP or others software.
∎ Ensure that the Submittals / Shop Drawings comply with the Plans and Specifications.
∎ Prepares engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information using BIM/CAD platforms.
∎ Project supervision and execution.
∎ Establish Systems for Bill of Materials / Quantity
∎ Take Off for various phases /parts of the projects, specially piping.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-5 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Good communication, convincing skills with computer literacy (Microsoft Office Application), AutoCAD, & HVAC related software
