Job Context:
∎ A renowned company is looking for skilled, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals to establish a strong distribution channel and delivery system of Beverage products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure deliver the product to Depot & Distributor as per invoice or demand.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimizing expenses.
∎ Formulate distribution budgets and manage expenses by maintaining ERP software.
∎ Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs properly by monitoring daily route plan
∎ Coordinate with inter-department (transport & warehouse) staffs to ensure timely and accurate delivery
∎ Prepare and update daily sales & distribution related detailed report and submit to the Management
∎ Organize training of depot staff.
∎ Ensure 100% inventory and batch accuracy delivery.
∎ Estimate monthly product demand as per discussion with the sales department
∎ Liaison with the transport department & prepare driver, helper's roster duty.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
