∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Logistics Distribution, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order processing & submit to H/O with proper requirement (CP CSU & Seed) Unit.
∎ Invoice receiving & checking.
∎ Order problem solving by communicate with Head Office and field colleagues. (like overdue limit exist, PO issues, online, DD, and RTGS etc.)
∎ Prepare and execute the smooth delivery operation plan & prepare inventory delivery report (CP, CSU, and SEED)
∎ Prepare Daily Attendance Report.
∎ Preparing Daily Stock Report (CP,CSU, AH).
∎ Prepare the payment forwarding for CSU and send to H/O with cash deposit basis.
∎ Provide Daily Delivery Route Schedule Report.
∎ Psychically checking of depot stock weekly.
∎ Maintain the FIFO method strictly for delivery and stock of finished goods.
∎ Ensuring the proper record of market returns and wastages products.
∎ Inventory management.
∎ Renew the depot's licenses and other documents and update the list properly.
∎ Prepare vehicle requisition when needed.
∎ Daily petty cash maintaining with proper documents with collaboration of Head Office accounts.
∎ Vouching and checking bill as per rules and regulation- all bills/vouchers needs to be authenticated by the respective Area's/Region's ASMM/RSMM/AM/DM.
∎ Ensure the order wise delivery & transportation to the distributors end efficiently.
∎ Carefully handle the distributors claim against damage, expired and missing goods properly.
∎ Ensuring utmost safety of products in warehouse & products on the move.
∎ Monthly Petty cash reconciliation.
∎ STI request prepare (Depot to Depot, Factory to Depot) when needed as per H/O rules.
∎ Prepare product requisition as per market demand.
∎ DDR prepare at the end of the day.
∎ Prepare the vehicles requisition when necessary and maintaining company vehicle properly. (Including logbook, servicing, maintenance work & documents).
∎ Collaborating with other team members to develop plans for transporting goods.
∎ Developing plans for storage facilities.
∎ Provide Monthly Transportation Expense Report.
∎ Properly distributes the seed, gift item, promotional item as per allocation..
∎ Provide the sales report weekly/monthly (Territory wise sales, CSU sales, seed sales) to the sales personnel for better management.
∎ Monthly meeting arrangement for sales personal.
∎ Monitor and review the activities of all subordinates and other supporting staffs of depots for ensuring the smooth dispatch operations.
∎ Arrange training for the depot's staffs for increase the work efficiency.
∎ Prepare and maintain documents as per audit requirements.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the knowledge of MS Office
∎ Experienced in working on software based system
