∎ Master in any discipline preferably major in Accounting/ Finance/ Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Distribution, Logistic, Store/ Inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check Stocks, Damage products, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse as per checklist provided by Supply Chain
∎ Monitor undelivered product status daily and make sure of delivering those products earliest
∎ Supervise day-to-day incoming/outgoing stocks of products/goods in the depot
∎ Ensure regular reporting on stocks and Inventory to concerned authority
∎ Check approved Sales Order, Invoices and make a route plan for product delivery
∎ Maintain proper communication with Supply Chain and respective factory for ensuring stock availability
∎ Prepare Product wise daily and monthly statement as per requirement
∎ Ensure total security of depot
∎ Monitor attendance and leave of Depot employees
∎ Perform and supervise all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in the same position
∎ Good leadership skills
∎ Good Verbal and Nonverbal communication skills
∎ In-depth knowledge on the distribution network
∎ Knowledge on modern warehouse management (e.g. FEFO, Safety stock calculation, etc.)
∎ Expert in handling warehouse/Supply chain related software
