Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Technology from any reputed polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution Software, Logistics Distribution, Logistics Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing as delivery point officer.
∎ Monitoring delivery point Carrying Men activities.
∎ Monitoring Vehicle Loading by carrying men as per rules & regulations such as using tally count.
∎ According to the party code from LDPM software and taking Vehicle into the queue.
∎ Ensure vehicle on delivery point by phone call to driver/helper/transport agency.
∎ To Check physically vehicle number with LDPM software.
∎ Provide invoice slip to carrying man for manage product as per invoice model/color/quantity.
∎ Physically cross-match product with Invoice slip with product brought to delivery point.
∎ Communication with transport/forklift/IT/marketing team/store concern/Invoice process team/ another concern person for proper delivery operation.
∎ Model wise product transact to oracle software.
∎ To check transacted product is actually matching as per the invoice, cross-match between oracle transact quantity, EBS register quantity, physical count quantity by carrying man team leader & driver/helper tally quantity.
∎ Finally checked delivery register & vehicle submitted to LDMF software by include DO Number.
∎ To provide daily delivery product quantity by mail to concern person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Eager to work in night shift too.
∎ Must stay near factory premises.
∎ Good command in MS Excel and Word.
∎ Good calculation & communication skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure & self-motivated.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
