∎ Follow routes and time schedule
∎ Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
∎ Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
∎ Collect payments
∎ Inform customers about new products and services
∎ Complete logs and reports
∎ Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
