Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in engineering from any reputed university. (Industrial Engineering & Production-IPE will be given preferences).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and coordinate delivery and logistic activities, develop scope and proposing budget for delivery jobs.
∎ Manpower resource allocation and workload management according to delivery requirements.
∎ To oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
∎ To manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate products delivery.
∎ To analyze delivery orders, set priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
∎ To develop process improvement to achieve cost effective and time saving.
∎ To evaluate the performance of team member and determine training requirement.
∎ To prepare report on delivery status and develop required delivery documentations to represent the concerns.
∎ Need to work on EBS software for planning, reporting, order management etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
∎ Hard working, sincere, punctual and result oriented.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
