Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and recruit new dealers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they understand product offerings and sales strategies.
∎ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing dealers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Ensure new and existing dealers meet sales targets by providing them with the necessary tools, support, and strategies.
∎ Continuously train dealers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends, ensuring they stay informed and capable.
∎ Track the performance of dealers regularly, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
∎ Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by dealers, ensuring quick and efficient solutions to maintain positive relationships.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to provide dealers with promotional materials, incentives, and tools to drive sales.
∎ Collect and analyze market trends and competitor activities, using the information to adjust strategies and offer guidance to dealers.
∎ Monitor that dealers comply with company policies, pricing structures, and quality standards, addressing any violations as necessary.
∎ Collect feedback from dealers on products, services, and market conditions, and relay this information to the management team for potential improvements.
