Responsibilities & Context:
Provide gentle, attentive care and ensure children’s safety at all times.
Supervise and play with children with warmth and patience.
Assist with feeding, dressing, toileting and nap routines.
Offer emotional comfort, encouragement, and reassurance when needed.
Engage children in fun activities like games, crafts and story telling.
Support their social and emotional growth through meaningful interactions.
Encourage good habits and positive behaviour.
Keep play areas and classrooms clean and hygienic.
Maintain children’s personal hygiene and sanitize toys and materials daily.
Help with meals and snacks, creating a calm and friendly mealtime environment.
Communicate openly with teachers and staff about any child related concerns.
Report unusual behaviour or injuries promptly.
Work cooperatively with the team to ensure smooth, happy days for the children.
