• Handle client applications & verify documents
• Maintain records & update status
• Communicate with clients (phone, email, messaging)

• Coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare daily reports & follow up

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to manage multiple applications
• Attention to detail & organizational skills
• Prior consultancy/service experience required
