Job Context:
∎ Standing working hours:
∎ Usually Saturday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
∎ Late night working hours depending on circumstantial work demands

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data entry on Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
∎ Assist the general manager within the IT department.
∎ Assist company directors with collect, organize information, and manage documents.
∎ Assist in secretarial and administrative related work.
∎ Print documents.
∎ Above related work and some personal works.
∎ THERE IS NO COMPUTER NETWORK OR TELECOMMUNICATION RELATED WORK

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s).
∎ Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
∎ Work with honesty, integrity, and sincere intentions.
∎ Ability to work in a professional work environment
∎ Arrive at work on time
∎ Minimum 8-year work experience with relevant responsibilities
∎ Minimum computer knowledge requirements
∎ Windows 10 (compulsory).
∎ Microsoft Word (compulsory).
∎ Microsoft Excel (compulsory).
∎ Photoshop
∎ Illustrator
∎ Minimum practice of formulas such as Pivot Table, SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, IF, SORT, Conditional Formatting, AutoFill, Tables
∎ Gmail
∎ Internet, Laser and Inkjet printers, and smartphones
∎ CANDIDATE WILL BE PRACTICALLY TESTED ON COMPUTER SKILLS DURING INTERVIEW
∎ Minimum language requirements
∎ Reading, writing, and speaking in Bangla
∎ Reading and writing in English
