∎ Diploma in civil engineering minimum 15 years' experience or graduate in civil engineering, minimum 10 years' experience in high-rise building with double basements projects including structural & finishing works.
∎ Should be able to manage highest quality in residential building works.
∎ Good financial package is available for competent candidate.
