Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Highly Efficient in typing and computer literacy.
∎ Entering data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
∎ Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting them as necessary.
∎ Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, notifying the Co-Ordinator/Manager of any mistakes or discrepancies.
∎ Maintaining the integrity and security of all data entered.
∎ Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
∎ Responding to data inquiries from other departments or clients.
∎ Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Creating reports and generating data sets as required.
∎ Creating digital databases to store data and creating regular backups.
∎ Updating and keeping up with filing systems, archives, and databases.
∎ Highly Efficient in typing and computer literacy.
