Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data entry using Microsoft Office (preferably Excel) will be the major task.
∎ Prepare, maintain and filing various documents.
∎ Perform preventative maintenance on hardware and software, troubleshoot malfunctions and maintain backup
∎ Ensure the security and privacy of the system for our clients
∎ Keep close coordination with co-worker and update information
∎ Any other task assign by the management
