Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. Nursing or Diploma in Paramedics or Masters in social science from any reputed institution with a valid certificate.

PRF’s research has contributed to improvement of health of Bangladeshi citizens and has supported the career development of numerous Bangladeshi public health professional. Projahnmo Research Foundation is seeking qualified and motivated applicants from Bangladeshi nationals for the position of Data Collector.
∎ Job Nature:Fixed term
∎ Initial appointment will be made for 6 months but may be extended for further period depending on satisfactory performance and availability of funds

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct mapping of all health facilities within the catchment areas in the Manikganj district.
∎ Perform health facility assessment using a rapid assessment tool.
∎ Collect maternal and newborn health-related data from the hospitals through interviewing health care providers and review of hospital records.
∎ Conduct phone follow-up and/or home visits to check the vital status of newborns delivered at the health facilities (public and private) within the catchment area.
∎ Perform timely data entry in the study data management system.
∎ Maintain, organize, and store all project-related documents and logistics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having working experience in research or data collection will be given preference.
∎ Computer skills in MS word, excel, and data entry.
∎ Willing to perform home visits in rural areas.
∎ Should be able to work with a team.
∎ Should be able to communicate effectively.
∎ Should have the drive to learn and solve problems.
∎ Good organization skills.

Salary:
∎ 20,046/- per month, including house rent and conveyance allowance and other admissible benefits.
