Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct feedback calls to gather customer insights and improve service quality
∎ Facilitate the onboarding of new devices, ensuring efficient setup and user acclimation
∎ Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively
∎ Conduct payment reminder calls to ensure timely customer payments
∎ Update and manage customer payment records accurately within the CRM
