Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation/ hon's completed.
∎ Strong communication skill (Fluent in Bangla / English writing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining both verbal & mail communication with customers.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers, taking inquiries, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information.
∎ Follow up customers calls.
∎ Tele-Marketing
∎ All other activities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good English typing skill.
∎ Proficient in basic computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, excel).
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Should be keen to learn, Well-disciplined and well mannered.
∎ Ready to work on flexible hours as directed by the Management.
