Educational Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, Excellent in Operating Computer, Fluent in speaking English, High Level of Written and Spoken English

Job Context:
∎ Working Time: (Physically At Office) BD time 9:00 pm - 5:00 am (5 days a week)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound and Outbound teleservice.
∎ Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs and purchase behavior.
∎ Provide accurate information about our services.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
∎ Update customer records and maintain accurate data in our database.
∎ Provide the right information to customers in a professional tone & attitude.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Completing tasks under seniors' supervision.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and colleagues.
∎ Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent fluency in speaking English.
∎ IELTS holder 7+ or experience in the UK is preferred.
∎ Must be computer literate (Good browsing skills and High-typing speed preferable).
∎ Applicants must stay in Sylhet.
∎ Must have customer-convincing skills.
∎ Must have a long-term career plan with us.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, Self-reliant, and service-oriented attitude.
∎ Team Player (Examples of prior team activities will be well considered).
∎ Experience in Customer Support or Sales related fields is preferable.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
∎ Adaptive and a quick learner.
∎ Multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
