∎ নম্র ও ভদ্র ব্যবহার এবং কাস্টমারের কথা ধৈর্য্য ধরে শোনার মানুসিকতা থাকতে হবে
∎ ডিউটি টাইম- সকাল ৯টা থেকে বিকেল ৫ টা
