Ali2BD, a rapidly growing E-commerce company requires the services of competent, result oriented customer support Executive, who is comfortable with managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries through facebook messages and chatwoot.
∎ Ali2BD is an E-commerce platform which provides Point of Sale, B2B and B2C service, Online Ordering, global shipment service, Inventory Management and more. We are on a mission to disrupt the market of old, slow, expensive systems and bring innovative products to customers in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries through facebook messages.
∎ Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
∎ Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Required to answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
∎ Must be patient and humble.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
∎ E-commerce background will get preference.
∎ Both Bangla & English typing skills are required.
∎ Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to handle consumers with patience and politeness.
∎ 6 month relevant work experience in Customer support will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 16000 (Monthly)
