Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer calls and responds to customer's emails.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers.
∎ Follow up customer records where necessary.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view of the image of the company.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Assist other Departments.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Candidates having smart and good language skills will get priority.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Competitive salary and other admissible benefits will be given as per HR policy.
