Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information’s and store accordingly in the company database.
∎ Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
∎ Assist customers with product price and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
∎ Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
∎ Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
