Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing support for the company’s customers (internal and external) using available channels of communication.
∎ Replying to customers’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Support in non-standard Customer Service matters.
∎ Back-office support of other Teams regarding the field of Customer Service.
∎ Coordinating the resolution of challenges, seeking solutions between all Teams involved.
∎ Creating manuals and training materials.
∎ Cooperating with external and internal partners.
∎ Handling of tickets (creating, updating, communicating, escalating).
∎ Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
∎ German Language will add extra value.
