Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reach out to new clients to introduce the apparel brand.
∎ Follow up with interested customers and lead them to the USA sales team.
∎ Identify new potential customer's needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Reach out via Instagram DM, Facebook message and all wholesale platforms where we sell our products.
∎ Create and Manage a Customer Database and manage all leads via Hubspot CRM, inputting data daily.
∎ Must be knowledgeable on all Social media platforms, email & web chat
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
∎ Ability to refer unresolved customer issues to the designated person for further investigation.
∎ Track and document calls and sales.
∎ Learn details about our products and service offerings and offer solutions based on clients' needs.
∎ Report weekly to the team leader for goal achievements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

∎ Strong Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
