Job Context:
∎ American company is looking for a Team Leader with a Graphic Design & Digital Marketing experience.
∎ Proficiency in English and Graphic Design & Digital Marketing experience is a must.
∎ We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis, as well as providing feedback to graphic design team and the digital marketing team.
∎ As a team leader, you will be the contact point between the high management in the USA and all team members, so your communication skills and English should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
∎ Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Job Responsibilities:

∎ Take design briefings and translate them into deliverables.
∎ Experience in the digital environment such as E-Commerce.
∎ Collaborate with Creative and Web team as well as work independently.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
∎ Decision-making skills.
∎ Training in Management or in team leading is a plus.
∎ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and also Microsoft Office software.
∎ Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects is a plus.
∎ Must be detail oriented, organized and possess excellent time management and leadership skills.
∎ Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
∎ Must have ability to take direction and execute requirements with strong attention to detail.
∎ Photography skills are a plus.
∎ High level of creativity and innovation demonstrated through samples portfolio.
