Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day inventory related work.
∎ To receive monthly requisition data and verify according to stock and sale.
∎ Track and document inventory, sales and orders.
∎ Keep e-commerce and all sales channels (websites) inventory up to date with current stock
∎ Create Sales and Promotions and make sure they are all consistent throughout all platforms.
∎ Upload new items on our e-commerce website and other sales platforms and make sure all quantities, colors, sizes, descriptions, etc are perfect and reflect our inventory.
∎ Report to Management on stock levels, issues, and discrepancies when observed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Updating social media accounts.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
∎ Passion to learn and take on new challenges.
∎ Communication Skills - Verbal and Written.
∎ Good Team working skills.
∎ Numerical skills.
∎ Basic knowledge in Forecasting and Inventory Management.
∎ Interpersonal Skills.
