Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate, solutions and alternative with in the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Dealing with clients and collect customer information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information to provide highest quality of service to the customers over the phone.
∎ Promptly responding to client's queries efficiently & effectively.
∎ Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner.
∎ Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age limit: not more than 30 years.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English Speaking and Writing
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Strong personality and able to work under pressure
∎ Strong verbal & written communication, phone skills, listening, chatting, social media, Data entry skills, Customer focused, Attention to detail, Professionalism
∎ Familiar in using PC (good typing speed both in English and Bangla)
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
