As an accredited agent of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), they offer a wide range of services including visa processing, hotel bookings Travel Services aims to provide a one-stop solution for all travel needs.Provati Travel Services a government-approved Hajj agency (License No. 115), is seeking a highly motivated Hajj Customer Representative to join our growing team!In this role, you will be the heart of our Hajj operations, ensuring a smooth and fulfilling pilgrimage journey for our valued guests.Here's what you'll do:Guide potential and confirmed pilgrims through travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation, and Hajj rituals.Assist with paperwork and applications for pre-departure briefings on rituals, cultural norms, and travel logistics. Address pilgrim concerns and manage expectations with exceptional customer service.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local authorities in Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh.Maintain accurate pilgrim records and documentation.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor's degree /Fazil Degree (any major).Age: 23-45 years(Only Muslim Male candidate can apply) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (customer service focus).Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and fast typing.Strong understanding of Hajj rituals & procedures a plus).Well-mannered, polite, and patient with a commitment to service.Fluency in Bangla (additional languages, especially Arabic, a plus).Quran Hafiz and individuals with advanced Islamic education will be prioritized.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.Dynamic and fulfilling work environment.
