∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within a timely manner.
∎ Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
∎ Utilize to accurately document interactions and follow-up on unresolved issues.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
∎ Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
∎ Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
