∎ Manage and maintain various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and provide solutions to customers' queries related to product features through calls and social media channels.
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ Conduct quality checks on orders and confirmations via phone calls.
∎ Follow up on any issues related to IR.
∎ Engage in live chat with customers to address their concerns and provide support.
∎ Conduct retention and feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
