∎ Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
∎ Empathetic and patient with a customer-focused approach.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
∎ Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.
∎ Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
∎ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
∎ Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
∎ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues experienced by customers.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
∎ Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and customer satisfaction goals. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
