Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Sale the product to the customer over the phone.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide necessary and effective solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Take feedback from customers about service.
∎ Report manager for complicated issues.
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Center Agent, Call Center Operation, Facebook or Messenger & WhatsApp Answer Question Replay.
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in the manner with a positive personality & quick learner.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
