Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Support through Phone, Guest Relations/ Services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain constant liaison with animal health doctor, farmer, feed miller and animal health care professionals.
∎ To promote company products and create brand awareness.
∎ To achieve sales target assigned by the company
∎ To provide updated product information to the animal health doctor, farmer, feed mill and chemists on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the customers
∎ Provide one-stop solution to the customers
∎ Organizing customer's sensitive information
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Head of dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Committed, independent, self-driven & result oriented with a positive attitude
∎ Excellent communication skill. Tele Marketing, Customer Support through Phone, SMS & email.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Word, Excel & e-mail correspondence) & English Language proficiency.
Salary: Negotiable
