Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct, manager, evaluate and ensure all customer service activities which will support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization.
∎ Develop, implement and/or manage the organizations customer service policies, procedures, standards, and strategies
∎ Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting authorized distributors, conducting surveys, benchmarking best practices, analyzing information and applications
∎ Visit different territory for market visit and collect customer feedback, analyze them to create report.
∎ Maintain weekly and monthly service report.
∎ Ensure all service entry in service management system/ERP.
∎ Monitor & guide service field technicians to ensure prompt and service to customer.
∎ Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolutions.
