∎ Polite, patient, and able to handle customer queries with professionalism.
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.

∎ Mariners Group BD is seeking a dedicated and proficient Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English language skills, a talent for attracting and engaging customers over the phone, and strong marketing and sales abilities.
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
∎ Provide accurate information about our products and services.
∎ Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
∎ Maintain a customer database and keep records of customer interactions.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed company goals.
