Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a smart, courteous, and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team.
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with patients and doctors, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service at our diagnostic center.
∎ Duty Hour: Saturday to Thursday 3PM to 11PM
∎ Act as the first point of contact for all patient inquiries and support.
∎ Coordinate with doctors regarding schedules, appointments, and consultation timings.
∎ Manage patient appointments, reports, and follow-ups.
∎ Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
∎ Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality.
∎ Provide accurate information about services and procedures.
∎ Keep co-ordination with front desk
