Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly and professionally
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
∎ Promote products, services, and special offers to customers during interactions
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and nurture customer relationships
∎ Assist in managing social media platforms and engaging with followers
∎ Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
∎ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing customer experience
∎ Order Processing: Handle order processing, including order placement, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Complaint Resolution: Manage Clients complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or related fields is preferred
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
∎ Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
∎ Positive attitude, resilience, and a problem-solving mindset
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Call center, Customer care, Sales & Marketing

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
