Job Context:
∎ TWOSUNS Bangladesh Ltd. is a member of TWOSUNS Group who is a Hong Kong based trims supplier with operations in Hong Kong, China, Switzerland and Germany. We focus on handling the production of high-end plastic/metal string seals and leather/PU patches and other specials for European and American clients.
∎ Due to business expansion into Bangladesh, our Dhaka office/factory is looking for high caliber people to join us.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth processing of customers' orders. Ensure shipping procedure to EPZ or bonded warehouse are followed correctly and smooth delivery to customers.
∎ Develop and oversee a customer service team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experiences as customer service manager in another international company, preferably in garment or accessories industry. Very good command of the order processing procedure and shipping goods to EPZ and bonded warehouses.
∎ Self-motivated and willingness to take challenges. Ability to develop and lead a customer service team.

Salary: Negotiable
