∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, castomer, Computer skill, Fluent in speaking English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently
∎ Call Guests to inform them about resort facilities.
∎ Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via call.
∎ Daily reservation confirmation through outbound calls.
∎ Use outbound calls to reach out to customers.
∎ Handle situations in the absence of a Team Leader.
∎ Daily report to Team Leader.
∎ Collecting positive reviews from customers.
∎ Daily drop call back

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communicator, must be eloquent, feel comfortable dealing with guests
∎ Outstanding listening skills
∎ Perfect Bengali and English is a must, additional language is a plus
∎ Advanced computer skills are mandatory
∎ Must be willing to extend working hours during high occupancy

Salary: Negotiable
