Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently.
∎ Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, pricing, and availability.
∎ Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
∎ Maintain and update reservation records in the system.
∎ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
∎ Support the sales team by providing necessary reservation details and assistance
