∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum HSC/ A Level/ Diploma
∎ Bachelor/ BBA/ MBA/ Masters
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Phone Calls,Phone followup,communicate with customers.
∎ Good command on email correspondence and writing/speaking in English.
∎ Capable to work on multi sector.
∎ Deal customer who will come for visa & Passport service
∎ Good knowledge about visa processing Specially in UK, Europe, Canada
∎ Have to find out all embassies visa requirement and delivery to customer
∎ Visa Form fill up and file ready
∎ Convince to the customer about our services while receive incoming calls.
∎ Report to the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Travel Agent,Tour Operator.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Call Center, Travel Agent,Tour Operator.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Commissions/Incentives Beside Basic Salary.
Yearly 2 Times Salary Review.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
